Pupuk!

Sure wondering apa pasal dengan title of the blog? Well for ppl not from SPU of UMS, it stands for Program Perkongsian Universiti-Keluarga or in English University-Family Partnership in Community Wellness Program (UFPCWP). Panjangnya! So let's jz stick with PUPUK la.

After introducing all the nama panjang, explain sikit2 pasal program ni la. Basically every student in SPU will be getting a foster parent of their own for the whole 5 year duration of studyin in UMS. 2 students with 1 family. This PUPUK program is based in Kudat(I've been to Kudat!), so had a chance getting out of KK for a change la although not long. Through this programme, we'll get to kno more abt the ppl in Sabah, all the orang bumiputera and their tradition etc etc. Every year we hv to visit our foster parents around 3 times at least. So now i got papa n mama in Sabah lo! Hehehehe. Next time go Sabah must go Tip of Borneo. Dengar cerita banyak cantik. Hehehehe. Don wanna talk too much la. Let the pic do d talking.

P/s: I kno tis post supposed to be published like so long time ago, tapi bz la. Sekarang baru habis exam. Dahla buat silly mistakes. Terbang 5 markah... Hehehehe.. Pictures!!

After introducing us to our foster parents, we talked to our foster parents, just get to kno them n all la.. My papa's name is Tamar Rabam. He's a Rungus with 4 children. 2 of his sons is in Peninsula now while the other is still in Sabah. Youngest daughter now studying in Form 5. C i was paying attention! hahahaha. Talked with a few awkward moments in between then we headed out for tea. Then it was time to visit their house which is situated not far from the town which name i forgotten. (sorry la too much of anatomy to memorise until now simple town name oso can lupa!). Here are a few pics i took at their home...
Shot no 1. Their house front porch..
Here's a preview of their kitchen..
Now here's the toilet. C how lucky we r?

On the whole, the experience was valueble and learnt so much there. Makes u think how fortunate u r to be born in a better condition compared to them. Transportation oso menjadi masalah. Road leading to their house was in a quite teruk condition oso. So must be content with wat we have. C who's talking padahal i complain so freaking banyak. So let u guys layan ur own fikiran, think how lucky u r while saya pegi berkenalan with my vertebrae. Haih. baru habis exam tapi assignments melambak...... Till the next post!
